The IAM Harvest Network, Inc. (International Apostolic Ministries) was birthed because there was a "heart hunger" from a small group of pastors seeking for more understanding of the "father's heart." The pastors knew, through much prayer and study, that they needed a spiritual father as covering for their ministries, and so the Network was formed. These men had been in a covenant relationship as brothers and they knew their covering was Dr. Henry Jones.The IAM Harvest Network is a functioning family of spiritual fathers with spiritual sons & daughters in apostolic relationships.
An apostolic relationship is based on the mutual agreement or covenant of the persons involved in regard to the following principles:
We must know how to walk together in unity to fulfill the call of Christ within us. Our flesh, our ambitions must die! We cannot walk in unity unless we walk as one.
Our commitment is to one another based on relationship or covenant. Covenant requires mature Christians willing to build and maintain strong relationships.
Everyone needs a pastor or covering for accountability. The party being covered by spiritual oversight must, by choice, be open, transparent and honest while submitting himself or herself to the admonition and council of that spiritual covering.
Everyone needs someone for encouragement and counsel during times of crisis. They may have friendly relationships with other ministers, but these frequently are not for genuine accountability.
Everyone needs to be involved in an apostolic vision which will provide for and encourage apostolic networking, planting churches in America and abroad; building of worship and ministry facilities; financially supporting ministers abroad; training and equipping saints and supporting five-fold ministry gifts.
